Frequently asked questions

If you’re fairly independent and just want structured guidance and monthly consultations, Essentials is perfect. If you know you’d benefit from regular reminders and the ability to ask quick questions between sessions, Plus gives you that extra layer of support.

Absolutely. Many of my clients are navigating hormonal shifts. We’ll take your stage of life into account in all guidance – from nutrition to supplements to lifestyle adjustments.

Yes. Both packages include tailored supplement plans based on your specific needs. I’ll recommend exactly what to take, at what dosage, and why.

A full range of Health Tests are available as add-ons, including tests for metabolic health, digestive health, hormonal balance, and nutrient levels. We can discuss testing during your Initial Consultation or at any point during your package.

Tests are provided and analysed by independent UK laboratories. I can also refer you to your GP for NHS testing when appropriate.

Your choice! I prefer Initial Consultations to be in-person where possible (so we can really dig into your health history), but all consultations can be done online if that works better for you.

We’ll schedule them monthly (roughly every 4 weeks), though we can adjust the timing if you need more or less space between sessions.

Once you’ve completed your Package, we’ll discuss ongoing support based on where you are with your health goals. You can book ad-hoc sessions whenever you need them:

  • Check-in calls (15 mins) – £30 
  • Express Consultations (35 mins) – £70
  • Extended Consultations (55 mins) – £95 

You can pay the full amount upfront, or split the payment 50/50 (half now, half before your 3rd follow-up consultation).

We’ll spend 20 minutes talking about your health, goals, and challenges. I’ll share how I work and help you decide which package is right for you. I’ll send you a summary email, and follow up within a week to see where you’re at.
